Description
Hotel Policies:
• Pool Timings: Pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests are requested to follow the timings strictly.
• Proper Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is mandatory while using the swimming pool.
• Children’s Safety: Children below 12 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while using the pool.
• No Jumping or Diving: Jumping, diving, or any unsafe activity in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• Glass Items Prohibited: Glass bottles, glasses, or any breakable items are not allowed in the pool area.
• Pool Misuse: Misuse of the swimming pool or violation of safety rules may lead to immediate removal from the pool area without any refund.
• Fine for Jumping in Pool: Guests found jumping or diving into the pool despite warnings will be liable for a ₹5,000 fine.
• Pool Equipment Damage: Any damage to pool equipment, furniture, or accessories will result in a ₹10,000 fine, along with the actual repair/replacement cost if applicable.
• No Hookah Allowed: Hookah is strictly prohibited anywhere on the hotel premises.
• No Outside Alcohol or Drugs: Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Outside alcohol is subject to hotel policy.
• Common Area Timings: Sitting, gathering, or creating noise in common areas after 11:00 PM is not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Noise Policy: Loud music, shouting, or disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited at all times.
• Damage to Hotel Property: Any damage to hotel rooms, furniture, fixtures, or other property will be charged to the guest based on the repair or replacement cost.
• Management Rights: Hotel management reserves the right to deny access or ask any guest to leave the premises for violating hotel policies without any refund
